Once we receive these details, we will share the return shipping instructions.

Please pack the product securely in a firm package to avoid damage during transit.
Returns received in damaged condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.
Approval or rejection of the refund will be communicated within 5 working days.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.
Depending on your bank or card provider, the refunded amount may take 3–7 working days to reflect in your account.

Mystery Capsules are surprise products packed completely at random. Due to the nature of this product:

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on Mystery Capsules

• Items received cannot be changed or customised

• Personal preference or liking/disliking of items is not a valid reason for return

We recommend ordering Mystery Capsules only if you enjoy surprises and trust the process.
